FAQ

Below are some questions we're often asked, if you have a question not listed here please feel free to contact us

Who long will my flowers last?

On average flowers last between five and seven days, depending on variety and conditions.

What is the best way to take care of my flowers?

When you receive your flowers carefully remove water and cellophane, and recut the stems on an angle. If you are leaving in your gift box, fresh water should be poured into the centre of the bouquet everyday. Flowers do not like heat keep away from the hot sun and radiators. If the room is to hot the leaves will become dehydrated and will crisp up, the cooler you can keep the room the longer they will last.

What happens if the recipient is out?

If the recipient is out we will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour, and leave a card with details of were we have left them. If we can not leave them with a neighbour we will return them to our workshop and leave a card with our contact details. If nobody contacts us we will get back in touch with the customer.
