TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-All of our products are subject to availability.We reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal value or more without notice in the event of supply difficulties.

-certain flowers in our products will be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

-Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance. We will send an email confirmation to your email address to advise that we are processing your order. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued you with an email confirmation.

-Same day delivery has a £7.99 delivery charge. Order must be received by 12 noon on that day.

-Next day delivery has a £5.99 delivery charge.

-Sunday delivery has a £10.00 delivery charge and order must be received by 12 noon on saturday.

-Delivery is not available on bank holidays or public holidays.

-To avoid delays with your delivery please ensure you have full address details including postcode and your daytime telephone order or email so we can notify you as soon as possible.

-If recipient is not in we will try and leave flowers with a neighbour and leave a card through the door explaining where they have been left.

-When we are unable to find someone to accept delivery we will leave a card and ask the recipient to make contact so we can rearange delivery.

-We will only leave flowers at the door if we have been instructed to do so. However Fleurtatious WILL NOT take responsibilty if the product is stolen or damaged.
